3.31 / day 1 / first light / full moon

i sat on the sawhorse and watched the sun rise. i held the candle zoie made for me, and it warmed my hands

3.31 / day 1 / groundbreaking

 marvin, carla, soban, zoe, zoie, mark, ashley, andrew, calvary, kristen, eve, maddy & i gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony.

4.7 / day 8 / quarter moon / first fire

andrew helped raise the two walls and then we had the first fire on the hearth

4.11 / day 12 / hammock

i tied a tyvek hammock and laid out in the sun. people came by to lounge. this is a picture of hugh enjoying the hammock

4.18 / day 19 / sink

i cast a small washbasin in concrete. it took a couple tries. once i finished it i washed & shaved my face.

5.1 / day 30 / full moon

i cleaned up the dwelling and brewed lots of iced tea. i started a cooking fire in the stove. zoe joined in all the preparation
